Common questions about infrastructure
What is included in cloud infrastructure management?
Service provisioning (Terraform/Ansible), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, alerts), backups and DR, patching, incident response, cost reviews. Enterprise tier also includes security audits and pen-tests.
Which providers do you work with?
AWS, Google Cloud, Yandex Cloud, Azure. Local: Beeline Cloud, UCloud, Eskiz.uz, IT Park DC. On-prem (Proxmox, OpenStack, VMware) and hybrid scenarios are supported.
Can we build a private cloud in Tashkent?
Yes. We deploy OpenStack, Proxmox or VMware vSphere. Suits cases where data can't leave the country — banks, government, healthcare.
Is 99.9% uptime real?
99.9% (up to 43 minutes of downtime per month) is realistic for most services: multi-AZ deployment, healthchecks, autoscaling, backups. 99.99%+ requires multi-region and costs materially more.
How much does cloud migration cost?
From $2,500 for a basic move to tens of thousands for migrating a monolith with dozens of services and databases. Exact quote after the audit. Provider infrastructure rental is billed separately.
Do you perform security audits?
Yes. A basic audit is included in the SRE subscription. Deep audits and pen-tests are a separate project (from $3,000). We deliver a report aligned with Uzbek data-protection law and ISO 27001.
